The lessons I was getting from the video were more related to loading techniques, which should be applicable to all but Ithaca 37's, I think.

The viedo is the way COWBOY matchs are run . The shotgun is ALWAYS staged empty and open ,and loaded on the clock no more than TWO at a time . Often 4 shots per stage sometimes 6.
The shotgun is a winchester 97 that has been modified to slick up the action .
