This has not been mine, nor anyone I know in real life's experience with the company. And between the people I know there have been 10's of thousands of dollars sent to Tenda literally without incident. I'm not saying they've never made a mistake, but screwing the customer is not their MO. They are currently my favourite place in Canada overall.

I buy from Tenda regularly. The prices are usually the best available in Canada. I did have one issue with a product that didn't work as advertised, and it was returned with minimum hassle.

Back on topic, I have the Cool Fire Trainer and it works very well.
