Jo-Brooks Firearms in Brandon, Mb was the Canadian distributor when I bought mine a few years back. I bought a left handed LVT with a few custom options... took 16 months from order to delivery.
Another option is to buy one in the US and import it. Questar (check the banners at the top) offers an importation service. Would be a lot faster than waiting for Cooper to build one to your specs.
