HEHEHEHEHEE.......can anyone confirm if he's say a rent a cop? Or maybe some vigilante neighbourhood watch dude who bought one of them 'POLICE' tshirts for $5 from the sketchy laundramat guy down the street...ie possibly the same street where the girl was standing at the corner
