Copper coated shot in vintage 20ga.

I'm looking for some ammo guidance.I want to turkey hunt with a restored vintage 20ga Winchester model 37A.It has a fixed full choke and is chambered for 3" shells.Would the barrel handle a 3" copper coated lead load?

Copper coated should be no more issue than using just lead.

It will be fine. Turkey loads are redesigned for extra full chokes.

That is pretty much all I have used in my vintage shotguns for upland for years
No problems at all with copper plated lead shot

Thanks gents good to know.It has not been shot in 40 some years.I will pick up a box or two and sse what kind of pattern I can get at 30yds.
