Is the ammo any good for specialized purposes?

Know it gets lots of attention in the States.

I just wanted it for the wildcat cartridge 6x45 so see if I could get my Tavor or a FS2000 rebarreled in that caliber and use it for hunting. Corbon makes the stuff.
