Looking to find out if anyone has determined if lever arms is selling Chinese non corrosive 7.62x54r or is it a farce????

Treat everything that comes from a spam can as corrosive ammo. LeverArms did sell corrosive 7.62x39 advertised as non-corrosive so thats one more reason to treat it as corrosive as well

May be its new production ammo from Can am meant for Chinese PKM machineguns? That was thought to be non corrosive, but ended up to be corrosive? If 1000rd crates and 2011 production then its probably is.

The packaging is different. You can tell just by the quantity. I guess we will all patiently wait for someone to test these.

Nop, Powder itself is not a cause of corrosive residue. Its primer compound that is corrosion causing agent.
