I have five of them from the "light mint green follower" batch. Same manufacturer, but the colour of the follower is indicative of what batch they come from.
Metal body. Good quality pplastic in the follower. Good tension on the spring so they feed reliably. Never had any FTF issues with them. Had them for, oh, 2&1/2, 3 years now? They aren't in heavy rotation because I have a fair number of LAR and Beowulf mags, but they do get used. Handy for mag swap drills.
The only downside I've come across is that they are quite tightly pinned, at least the ones from my batch were. You have to give it a good slap to get it to seat on a closed bolt when full. Beyond that, they're dimensionally correct, they seat and drop free smoothly, no wobble or rattle when seated.
They have a "shiny" finish, which some may not like for aesthetic reasons, but hey, there's always Krylon of you need to fix that.
Overall, good for the money. If I needed more 5 rounders, I'd probably get these.
