Cost of changing 2-3/4 to 3" + ??

First of all can this be done (I heard yes & relatively cheap) but I need some solid confirmation.

Anyhow, can I have my O/U shotgun drilled (or what is the proper term) out to 3" or more?

Will this affect the safety, ie higher pressure of the magnum 3" shells, etc. etc.

I guess the bbl's would need refinishing inside? (again might sound like a dumb question, but I just don't know)

Anyhow, the shotgun I have is a TOZ and it has chrome lined bbl's, would this kill the lining and is it more trouble than it's worth?

I just want to have a little more variety in the shells out there, that's all.

I think the chrome-lined will be the issue. I considered doing the same to my 34ER too, but I don't think it can be done without damaging the barrel.

I do not do chrome lined barrels and charge $40 per barrel for the others.
