Cost of lead shot these days?

Have no idea, but we have a widow friend who wants to sell about 200lb of it.

Not sure what it is $$, but shipping cost has really gone up...because Brandon, global warming.......

I've seen bags of hummanson go for $50+ at auction. Perhaps do a price comparison with Henry of budget shooting supplies, or bcredneck.com

So that is $66.66 tax included per 25lb. I doubt you will find it at other retailers for less.

$75-$80 here in Nova Scotia. Being in Whitehorse, with transportation costs from Hummansons probably a similar price or more.

I've ran out of all my adorable shot. Hummansons is 55$ a bag. It's good shot for a good price.

Shot is less than $60/ bag only if you live within 3 hours' drive of the factory that makes it. Anywhere else and it is $70, or more.

Is it covered in white powder? Oxidized shot would be much less valuable to me and I imagine others as well. Lead Oxide is super toxic and can enter the body quickly through simple skin contact.

If the white oxide is only superficial and can easily wiped off then i wouldn't be concerned and would run it in a rotary tumbler with some powdered graphite.
It'll be shiny and black in no time.

More than fair. Wet shot is no big deal as noted above . Not like one is eating it .Then again maybe some still suck their thumbs
