cost of shipping

What do guys like SIR and wholesale sports charge for shipping ammo. I was looking on there sites and it is a little confusing.

Who knows what will be the norm...since they have been bought out by cabelas...apparently both stores...SIR and wholesale. The norm is usually COD to dealers etc but prepaid to small customers. some of the bigger stores have the costs built into the prices.
