Thanks guys! Paul and Chris at Canada Ammo are Great. Future reference for anybody wondering the rubber seal goes after the barrel taper in. Also what are the chances of getting a couple extra of those seals?

There should be a large instruction sticker inside the box, unless it was overlooked on yours.

Are these Cougar still uses o-ring like my old Remmy 1100 and 11-87?
