Does anyone know the proper way of putting the 2 washers and the rubber washer on the gas tube so the barrel will fit and the action will close properly on a dominion arms cougar?

It's based off the Remm 1100.

I have been over the book and watched videos online. None of the 1100's have the same 1/8" o ring. the ones for 1100's are much thinner.
