Cougar hunting in Alberta

Does anyone have any information about outfitters with hounds that specialize in taking residents on cougar hunts. I have read or heard something before that there is an outfit or outfits that do this.

I'd really like to try out a hunt like this but I do not have dogs or the time required to train/care of them and I don't know anyone that does have dogs.

Any info is greatly appeciated

Yeah there is a guy out of Drayton Valley area last name is Stewart; I think his first name is Ray... he's the "cat man" of Alberta, so I'm told. Has good cat hounds and will work for pay.

Assuming he is still in the business, he's your guy.

One more to consider is Brian Kuny of Leduc (ph: 780-446-3824). I hunted with him in 2004 as an Alberta resident, and was really impressed with how much effort he and his crew put into the hunt. I was also quite happy with the end result ;)
