Yes it is an early Ross bayonet for the Mk1 and Mk11(1905) rifles.All types of Ross bayonets were initially made with this blade type.The 1910 MK111 Bayonets that went over with The 1st Infantry Division in 1914 were eventually armourer sharpened as the original blades were thought not to be well designed for penetration.Bayonets with both types of blades are correct. Yours appears to be 1910 dated with the scabbard dated 1909.It would have saw service before the war with Militia units and undoubtedly was used for training troops for overseas as the Mk 11 rifles were extensively used in Canada with Depot Battalions.generally they are worth between 50-80 bucks with condition and unit marks escalating the value from there.
