I'll stick with my LAR-15 mags.
From a bench I can get 1.5 MOA. Which is perfectly acceptable in my mind, especially with the 4 power optic. Off hand I'm usually shooting fast, and for that the muzzle brake makes all the difference. Ringing gongs is no problem with this setup.

So im guessing this is the 5.56 version. What made you pick 5.56 over 7.62x39? I'm grabbing one soon But the caliber choice is still being debated. I like being able to have 10 and 15 rd beowulf mags. XCR Mags are also a possiblity.

I went with 556 for 3 gun. Yeah it costs more to feed but 556 performs much better. Great rifle. I've been thinking about getting a 2nd one in 7.62 to set up as a training gun.
Does the odd 5.56 do this to yours too?
It only happens once in a couple hundred rounds and its been a few hundred since it happened last, it's not a repeatable problem so I haven't been able to figure out whats causing it. Usually 3rd or 4th round in magazine. Mine is factory CSA with factory magazines x4
Edit: Only has happened with the norinco surplus 1120 round crates, Haven't shot alot of other stuff so it could be ammo but could be just not shooting enough other brands

Never had that happen with mine. I've run AE, Federal, Winchester, and Remington factory ammo in it. Mostly I shoot reloads which I crimp. My guess is it's the norc ammo.

I think this is my favorite rifle. Amazing shooter.
Don't know about you, but i ditched the AR adapter because i had a lot of feeding a reliability issues with my VZ58 in .223
With the factory mags it's 100%
That ammo is garbage. I've seen it consistently fail in every way in in multiple firearms. Almost bought a crate, glad I didn't.
