Couple Of Newbie Questions

I don't have an AR per se but a Archangel 10/22 stock. What I would like to know is what are my options for attaching sling swivels to these machines. There are no sling attachments on the Archangel (I will have side rails on it when I'm done) My second question is ... are the standard A2 font sights removeable? If so is there anywhere I can buy them? I basicly want to set up my Archangel based on the CF CQB carbine which from the pictures I've seen has a fixed front sight, fold down rear and some sort of opticle sight. TC
