A. Can I shoot my .22 off during "night time hours" for target shooting (like between 9-11pm)? Obviously not out into the dark, but on a lighted range we set up at my folks place?

B. My grandfather recently died, and he had firearms (registered I believe), but there is some debates going on right now, and the one son, is refusing to comply with the law and is hiding "things" from my Grandmothers Power of Attorney (a another uncle). Can regular joe blows (such as my-self or my uncle who is the PoA) look at the registry to see what my grandfather had and we make sure that they don't go "missing"? This is a concern for my father, the PoA, and my brother and I as we are the only ones in the large family who even have (or currently waiting for) PAL's.

Is the 22 a restricted firearm? If so, then no.

You may want to look at local bylaws which regulate things like noise, discharge of firearms, etc.

The executor of the Will should have access to the documents, get the documents from the court saying so and fax them to the firearms centre and they should give you access.

That's one of the issues. They are in my grandfathers house, but douche uncle has locked everything up and refuses to give access to the PoA. I believe some legal action is finally being taken, but in the meantime we don't want those firearms going "missing".
