Couple of quick M1A questions..

Hey folks,

I've been overseas for the last decade and came back to this OIC $#!&. After reading a dozen threads I'm still a little confused -- go easy on me if these are dumb questions:

Is it legal to sell (obv. non-receiver) M1A/M14 parts/accessories like Sadlak rails, USGI stocks, mags, etc?

Any new updates or are we just in perpetual limbo with the proposed 'gun buyback'?
