Well as I was trying to decide which guns to take out to last weeks gopher extravaganza in eastern Alberta, I thought about a couple of pieces that are real oldies. The first is one I have had for a few years and it has an old 3-7 Bushnell scope on it. The 2nd piece just came to me from a relative that had it in a closet for 25 years and he says it hasn't been fired in 50 years. Some oil here and there and a few passes with the 22 bore snake and things started looking pretty good. A real beater to be sure but it shot very well in the gopher patch. My fingers were getting sore loading all of the CZ 10 round mags repeatedly. Triggers on these older pieces are kinda stiff when compared to a CZ that has had a YoDave installed. These 2 guns pumped out spent brass just fine and I may get them out again soon as it stops raining. FS

I love taking out some of my dusty oldies... But ummmm you forgot the pics...
Sounds like some good fun with those old guns. I was hoping to see some pics of gophers stacked like firewood too.
