Courier to pick up and drop off licence for you?

Have any of you used a courier to pick up the licence card from Miramichi and deliver it to you?
I phoned the other day and the person on the phone told me i could arrange this and the licence could be printed sooner, i just dont have it pretty clear of how is it done, any of you have experience with this?

I know, im waiting, i just i thought it was weird though, i've heard someone from another forum saying he got fedex to pick it up the card for him...
