^ x2.

We are done shooting outdoor matches until spring. We do a little indoor shooting with the pistols and rifles but shooting at paper/cardboard just can't compare to the smack of lead on steel!

Grande Prairie is about 5.5 hours from a listed SASS affiliate (Rocky Mountain).

You could talk to Kanada Kidd however to get far more info about the Alberta CAS scene.

Medicine Hat holds a 2 day match on both the May long weekend and the October long weekend every year, plus 1 day monthly matches. This has been going on now for about 8-9 years or so. PM me if you require any further info.

Check out valleyregulators.com. We shoot year round out here on Vancouver Island so if you're in the area give a call. We are hosting the SASS Canadian Regional Championships in 2008.

Around Ottawa and the area, we have the Ottawa Valley Marauders out of Eastern Ontario Handgun Club (EOHC) and the Wild Turkey Posse out of Grenville.

Cowboy Action Shooting is a busy and growing sport in Saskatchewan. We have about twenty people who participate at the Prince Albert and Candle Lake ranges about every second weekend from May until October(weather permitting). We will have some tables set up at the Saskatoon gunshow at the end of February to supply people with information on the sport. You can contact myself,Chuck McCann or Doc Thompson to find out more.

I watched a match at Mission, BC last year, as I am starting to write a series of articles for the CSSA mag.
The series is Know Your Shooting Sport (KYSS), and each article will feature a different type of shooting discipline.
The CAS seems like a lot of fun!
