coyote calls, whats what?

Thinking about tryting a coyote call. Just wondering what's out there, what the different types do and what to look for when purchasing. Thanks in advance!

If you have an iPhone or smart phone there are free apps you can download. I bought one for udner $5.00, haven't used it yet but there are a ton of different calls. Just grab a set of battery powered computer speakers, and extension if you want to put the speakers away from you.

There are many, many good hand calls. Sceery, Red Desert, Critt'r Call, Tweety's ect.. I always buy open reed calls which can produce sounds from a rabbit distress to howls to hurt pup yips. Open reeds also have the benefit of not freezing up in -30.
Ive owned a number of FoxPro's in the past and they are nice but definetly not a must have if you know how to use a hand call properly.
