We just finished this rig with the Robertson tac stock and it looks great...We have an inventory of these stocks incoming soon but please note the camo pattern will be the same as the one shown. Of course others are available but will take much longer to get.

I believe they are lighter...Needs to be stripped to weigh. Will try to get that done or perhaps Ian knows this figure...

That looks great, Ian Robertson did a great job wth the stock. All it needs now is a barrel made from one of the better Canadian barrel makers, and it truly would be 100% Canadian made....No offense to Mr.Hames....:)

I believe PGW likes to use the best barrels you can buy regardless of where they are made... They deal directly with their barrel maker

As a right handed shooter, I would LOVE a left handed action for shooting prone. Keeping your dominant hand on the stock and working witht he non-dominant hand is ideal. You lefties have no idea how good you have it in our right-side bolt knob world!! :D

This is true, I forget that some of you only shoot off a bench or prone...:p

What does a complete rifle like that weigh?

edit: found it. 13.5lbs I could use that as a hunting rifle easily.

WOW....Ian has really created a nice stock. Very McMillian A5ish but different. Basically it’s hard to get away from the A5 design which is quite well thought out. However looks like there a few characteristics on this stock that I prefer. Back in the day when I built my last long range rifle it was a toss up between the AICS or the Robertson. I opted for the AICS (easier to get than a A5).....if this would have been available no contest. Canadian and a very...very nice stock. I like how the forearm stretches out what appears to be a little longer before the bipod to give you a stable platform.
