I just mailed a 24"x24" package to Vancouver this morning from bumf ontario. No problem but they could tell I wasn't real happy.

I got the same email from them, I think they’re referring to commercial customers and not individuals dropping packages off at the post office

They are getting a automatic 5% to go back to work for good faith until re negotiations assume in the new year Purdy good compared to what others get.
