CQ 5.56 ejector cover removal

Was wondering if there is some kind of trick to remove the ejector cover on these chicom ar's.

They are the same as any standard pattern AR, check out Brownnells upper assembly video, everything should be clear as mud.

Actualy they are not the sameThe regular ARs have a c clamp that holds the pin in where as the chinese one doesnt.The norc pin is flatened at the end.You actualy have to remove the barel nut to get it out.The other option is to cut the pin with a dremel then instal a new pin with a c clamp.
