Honestly its not very hard to understand.

Load , Make ready and listen to the whistle for starting and stopping...
Commands usually are load pistol mags 1st (-Insérer chargeur pistolet.) then for the rifle I cant remember the translation but its two commands - Load, Make Ready...Load you insert the AR magazine, Make ready you charge it and put on safe.

There is demo before and a practice run usually in the morning so you get to do a practice match, then the real one...
