I have a friend who swears by Thunderbolts in his 597....

I have a wife who swears at me when I give her thunderbolts to use in her 597. 7/10 ftf. Not cool. On the other hand they go through my single shots just fine.

Swears by 'em or swears AT them?

Well, there's that, too - but I do know some of my AR-7 fanatic-friends liek the Thunderbolts in their Charter-Arms rifles, so I guess it's a matter of finding what fuel works well for your mule?

To be fair, the 597 shooter I had mentioned had put in the replacement parts and shined/polished the thing down to no end.....
