CGN, thanks to everyone for posting great ideas for new targets!

I've chosen a bunch of contest winners, and PM'd each. We gave away $900 in RangeRabbit.com gift cards; a couple of guys won a sample of their ideas.
There are a bunch of great ideas that didn't get chosen, because I know I won't be able to build them for various reasons (Resettable Tannerite!).
