Must say JUST one of THE BEST Experiences ever with a mail order company .
Easy to contact, up front customer service. Fast enough that a tracking #e-mailed from can. Post within an hour of paying for my sadly this time small but important (to Me) order.

I second that. I dealt with them in person and an A+++ for customer service.
I only wish they carried a wider range of products but then again id just have to spend more.
I will definitely be a repeat satisfied customer.

I just wanted to add my comments as well. Just received my order from SRS tactical and am extremely pleased with the whole experience. They even through in a few extra goodies!
