The Altitude GTX has a flex rating of 2.5 and height of 8" whereas the Briksdal MTN GTX has flex rating of 3 and a height of 9". The Briksdal is designed to provide greater rigidity and ankle enclosure for side-hilling, steep ascents, and descents. Those features can prove uncomfortable on flatter ground, over long treks. The Altitude was designed for your intended use.
 
Im size 10 Timberland working boots, 10.5 Vans,11 Nike and 10.5 Salomon trail shoes. Should i buy 10, 10.5 or both and return one?

Crispi fit true to size, so 10.5" would most likely work. Purchasing two and returning the one that doesn't fit is very common and aside from the shipping cost to send it back, you get a full refund on the returned boots.
