I picked up an old Crosman 1100 Trap Master air shotgun a while back and looking for a source for shotshells for it. It is in very good condition with only a few light scratches on the reciever. Would have been built between 1968 and 1971. What is it worth? Collector interest? I do not have the clays or launcher for it. It doesn't really fit with anything in my collection so It's probably gonna go....

Hi there!

I have an 1100 too! I picked it up as a fixer-upper a few years ago. They are a "blast" (pardon the wording...) to use. I bought a bulk-fill adapter from Bryan and Associates to allow me to pump it with air:

*** Just DON'T pump it above 950 PSI ***
With air, it launches the shot wad out at 490 - 497 fps which makes it a pretty neat rodent gun.

If you are looking for more info about this piece, you can call John at D&L. I'm pretty sure he can give you info on all the bits (however I don't believe he has any spares for sale though...)

When I began to run low on the cartridges, I took some 1/2" aluminum electrical conduit, and milled my own cartridges on a lathe. You can cut the wad and cap out of cardboard with a round punch. I bought a 50 pound bag of No. 9 shot for $50 2 years ago, and its still going strong.

Hope this is of some help to you...
