A Crosman 2200 magnum .22 came into my possession, and was thinking about selling it. It has the nickle receiver and bore and finish are like new.
Appreciate any info as to how good it is , and what kind of price I could put onit.

Cheers nessy.

Fun guns to shoot, big enough for an adult, or a larger size kid, but not worth a heckuva lot.

I fixed one up for an acquaintance on Vancouver Island, that he used henceforth for whacking bunnies in his garden, and likely, still does.

They can be a bit fiddly to put together, keeping everything aligned as you close up the clam shell halves of the 'receiver' can be a bit of a trial sometimes.

If so inclined, these can be tuned up to give pretty respectable velocities. Dunno for sure if they started putting the bleed-off valve onto the valve body right from the start, but some I have seem had one, that was supposed to release 'excess' air when you pumped it too many times. That valve can be adjusted or to get a more consistent 490 or so fps, or taken out and blocked off. I have also considered that it could become a reservoir of sorts, for a little bit more air volume in the chamber of the valve too. YMMV.

Fun guns. I'd say that about $60 should be a pretty easy sale. Maybe a little more. Check the 'for sale' section on the Canadian Airgun Forum for a better idea of current ask and sell prices.
