I have never really been to thrilled with BB pellet or air guns, they all seemed wimpy.As a young boy , a 22 rifle was much more thrilling. But...latley for fun I bought a Crosman optimus 177 rifle from my buddy .

Havent made it to the range yet "RAINING NON STOP" ,..but I can shoot a penny at 30 feet LOL...crows at 150 feet, not much of a challenge so far.Once I take my targets to the range ,I'll be able to give a proper report. Looks like the sky is clearing today.

That's good to hear. I've got the same air rifle, but I'm shooting more like 2 1/2" groups at 50ft. Probably something to do with the junker scope I found in the shop. I was hoping to better.
