Crosman Phantom in 22cal

Does anyone have any real experience with the Crosman Phantom in 22 cal, non-pal?

Wally World has them for about $100, and I have a squirrel problem. My old Crosman CO2 revolver (python style with 8 inch barrel) just doesnt seem to have the power to take these guys down, and it leaks at the o-ring seal.

Since I am within the city limits, a non-pal is the only way for me to go.

Or, is there another brand that is recommended, and also, do any of the online suppliers take (FRAUD ALERT)? This way, my commander-in-chief (wife) cannot yell at me for spending house money on toys.

They seem to have a pretty good reputation for a cheap squirrel banger, I've got one, but it always suffered from accuracy problems.
My fav airgun has always been my crosman backpacker. (2289g) fun and easy to customize and a real tackdriver

edit: be careful even non-pal can upset neighbors etc... whatever you get use it wisely
