I cut in half some hulls that I had on hand:
Left to right:
Winchester AA (old kind)
Remington Gun Club
Federal Target promo (note the paper base wad)
Challenger Target
Rio Target
Kent Velocity Skeet
Note the tapered walls and one-piece construction on the "old" Win AA and Rem Gun Club, versus the straight walls on all the others. I believe that the Challenger, Rio & Kent are all referred to as Cheddite hulls; am I right? If anybody can post a pic of what the "new" AA's look like inside (or any other hulls for that matter), I'd love to see it.
