I am posting this as a tip in repayment for all the tips I have rec'd on this site. I have not hunted crows yet, but it is on my bucket list. Anyway...........

I read somewhere before that cheap crow decoys can be had around Halloween at Dollar Stores. So today I was in our local Dollorama store looking for something else and low and behold I came across some crows. I bought 6 for a whopping $2 each. Think I will go back tomorrow and pick up a few more. I did not want to be over my possession limit, just in case.

Maybe having these in my garage will motivate me!!!!! Whadda you think?

Anyway good time to get some if you are in the market.

That's a pretty damn good tip haha. I wanna see what they look like. A local store here is asking $13 for 1 crow ......

I saw those at Dollorama in Pickering last night, they had 2 different styles. One was flocked with feathers and the other was flat black plastic. The flat plastic ones looked the best and can be stood up or hung from a tree They are decent, but small. They are about 1/2 the size of my life size crow deeks. I'm still going to pick a few up anyway, can't go wrong for $2

I picked some up last year around halloween, the bigger plastic ones, no complaints for the price! brings them in close enough to take a poke at 'em

I talked myself in to buying 6 more. I now have 12. Is that enough? Time to do some research on crow hunting. I have a call and now some decoys!!!

They work... Trick is to find something to circle the decoys around and start calling... I use the fake rabbit off my quiver critter and lay it sideways, put a small piece of red cloth on it and start the call... Looks like crows circling around something dead... Brings em in ok...
