I have a cz 858 with about 300 rounds on it, at time there is no bang when the
trigger pulled. went back to RELIABLE GUN for repair once, said they adj. the dis
connector. same problem, fail to ####. so i contact WOLverine, and they send
me a bolt and trigger group/ thank you WOLVERINE. I had those parts replaced.
same problems, it fail to fire 9 times with 50 rounds.
any suggestion will be appreciated.:)

Get it fixed and get rid of it. All the internals are old and used. I had similar issues when I owned one, Wolverine wanted me to purchase one of their extra parts kit to get new internal parts. This was when they first came out, I think they realized the problems now.

I ended up giving her a cleaning and taking her for a tune up to the smith. Then she was sold off.

Get yourself an older SKS D or a restricted vz58.

Ok this probably makes little or no sense so take it for what it is worth. I had the gremlin someone was kind enough to give me a taller disconnect. So I removed the trigger group and beat the hell out of the pin that holds it in. But as the pin is staked very VERY well and is very small I was unable to remove it. So I said screw it! and put it back together. No gremlin ever since... I guess it learned it's lesson.

I had the exact same problem whenever I would SLOWLY pull the trigger.
Sent it to Wolverine even though I purchased it elsewhere. They sent it back to me with a new striker and disconnector(little "L" piece) and a note saying that it was tested with 30 rounds of Wolfs ammo. They didn't charge anything and were fast on shipping it back. Shot it with slow trigger pulls when I got back and it didn't fail.

BUT this saturday, I was checking my sighting and thus VERY SLOWLY pulling the trigger and it did fail to keep the striker cocked once during the five shot group.

This experience left a bad taste in my mouth since I wanted at one point to put a scope on it but now I found it to be a too risky investment. Also, I don't think it would be honest to eventually sell it the same price as the other rifles.

Good luck with yours.

thank you every one for the inputs. i like this rife and i put a scope on it already.
i even read all the sticky hoping to find a cure for it. thk.
