CSA Front Sight Adjustment?

So, I took my new 11.8" CSA carbine out to the range for it's first rounds this weekend. Love this rifle, all kinds of fun. I was shooting at 50 yards and had a consistent group (if you want to call it that....lol) low and to the right of my point of aim off the iron sights. I'm shooting with the rear sight on "U", so should I still be low at 50 yards? Putting the irons high and left of the target had it on point consistently. I had another competent shooter put a few mags through the gun and we both came up with the same results. Do I need a sight adjustment tool to tweak the front sight?

Did the CSA come with the metal pick/ front sight tool?
Can you drop the front sight at all, what height is tje post sitting at?
As for the windage maybe your front sight is tilted a bit???
Not at home right now looking at mine so trying to go of memory

I'll have to see if the front sight tool is in the box. I've never adjusted the front sight on one of these rifles, any advice?

I wonder if the fact the rounds are hitting on the right side is a result of jerking the trigger? I'd imagine that the shorter barrel will show issues with fundamental manipulations a bit more.

The 300m battle sight setting (the "U") shouldn't leave you low at 50m. It's damn near a 25m zero.

If you and your buddy came up with the same results you need to adjust your front sight. I'd suggest moving the rear to the 100m setting and zeroing from there.
