CSA or CZ 858/58 mags?

I am planning to pickup a CSA VZ58 in 7.62x39 this fall.

I have had a chance to handle both rifles and I prefer the finish and color of the CSA.

One thing I have noticed is that the mags are different between the two brands.

CSA seems to be a plastic and is lighter than the CZ mags.

Can anyone comment on which mags I should use?

Anyone aware of issues with the CSA mags?

The plastic magazines are for the .223 and .222 CSA rifles.

OK, odd that the 7.62x39 one I played with was either plastic or just seemed EXTREMELY light for metal.

I could be totally wrong though.

the 762x39 are not plastic, I think they are aluminum not stamped steel like the AK mags

Aluminum, I would say your 100% right, the weight is much closer to an AR15 mag then an steel AK style mag.
