There is a way to check using a drill bit in another thread somewhere. I can't seem to find it at the moment, but I will try again later.

I'm on my second CSA VZ58 in 7.62x39, both have had oversized gas holes. First gun got replaced, second gun had the same issue but was caught by the warranty center so it's never been an issue so far.

As Martin said some aftermarket parts won't fit the CSA guns, others need a lot of fitting to make them work.

Right now CSA isn't prohib so that's the biggest difference.

Just the 2007 and later cz's are prohib.
