CSA VZ 58 side mount latch hard to unlock

Insalling the CSA rail and side mount last night and i was adjusting the round bolt and latch on top and noticed once it " locks" into place its pretty danm hard to move out. Is this normal? Besides this danm is it ever a solid mount.

Maybe put some oil on it, and wipe off the excess.

I sprayed it with rem lube and that didnt do much, Maybe ill try again.

Yeah its normal. Meant to lock on good and secure so it doesn't walk it's way off when firing. No lube needed.
