Csa, vz difference?

Hey quick question for all the CSA owners of the VZ58, always wanted to ask, does your top hand guard have a slight wiggle/loose to it? Does not at all affect anything, just wondering, thanks
Joe

Close to zero play....like a hair's worth. My 858 has more play...maybe 1.5-2m worth.

I too have had more than one of each. Both makes are great. Sorry I sold them, now buying them again.

Just to say, I've only had the x39 versions. Other local fellows I know all have had good experiences with the CSA x39's also.
No experience with the 5.56mm.

Same boat. Want to get another Semi auto platform to replace it but letting the VZ58 go is hard! Especially now that if you want one new they will set you back close to 1500$.....Yikes..... Tho's were bennelli MR1 prices when I started out.

I keep telling my self i will sell my VZ until I take it out for a day then I just cant do it. Sometimes I think ill die with that gun in my safe.

It would be easier for me to pay for a CZ858 or VZ58 at Benelli MR1 prices then a get Benelli MR1 at Benelli MR1 prices.

Thankfully I will never have to though.

I handled the benneli MR1 when i considered buying it and within 5 min I smashed the barrel twice into my surroundings. The gun is NOT meant to have that long barrel and I feel its unbalanced. Would take a VZ over it any day.

Its cool looking tho.
