CSA VZ58 back from Warranty after failing to feed.

My 7.5" csa had the exact same issues as all of your rifles.

Sent it to NS, they gave me some BS run around till I got extremely pissed off, they then sent it to movie arms (at the time) and movie arms had to replace the whole rifle with a new one.

I really hope you guys don't have anymore issues as NS will give you nothing but headaches. And I know this for a fact

This echoes my experience with North Sylva. See my thread in the RR section.

I sent my M1 carbine to NS in November last year to fix the multiple different type of FTF's it was experiencing. I got it back a month later. Some of the FTF issues were fixed but not all of them and now also the rifle stove pipes and the front hand guard keeps popping off.

I spent 40$ on shipping once to NS to fix a rifle. I wont make that mistake again. Also don't buy Auto Ordnance guns. They build junk. Kind surprising that they do considering they have been in the gun business this long.

Update - had mine out yesterday. Ran flawlessly for around 80 rounds. Looks like whatever they did fixed the feeding issue. Thsnks, NS!

North Sylva was actually quick and polite... but we'll see if the problem is actually resolved. And yes, mine is a 7.5" gun... the feed ramp definitely looks different than the one on my 11.5" CSA. I still think the problem was the feed ramp, but who knows, maybe it'll work now. I'll know this weekend...

Glad to hear, Did they clean your rails up like they did on mine? Mine were completely polished off, Finnish removed and the bolt moves much better over them.

They never mentioned this to me when I called but the VZ is my baby and daily shooter so I noticed right away.

I think in another thread Paske said that the bolt carrier should move cleanly from front to back no worries. I tried all my bolts (including spares) through the carbines and they all caught a bit at the border of the bolt hold spring/assembly. .....
