csa vz58 gremlin free?

Im really interested in one of these rifles. I love the look of the cz 858 but reading all of the threads about this whole gremlin thing have kind of turned me off. So im hoping the vz58 does not have this problem. Just curious if the csa's are all converted autos as well or are they origionally made as semi auto guns. I would really like to own one of these rifles but buying something that most likely has a problem with it just isn't my style:cool: I dont mind paying the $900+ dollars for the csa over the cz if it is the more reliable firearm. Maybe some of you csa owners out there can reassure me! thanks alot
 
Well I've only owned mine for a week or so with only one range trip to date but I ran 100 rounds of Fed. tactical 223 through it without a single issue. All and all not a bad start.
 
Oh thought i read that the 858's were converted from auto to semi so they were legal but maybe thats incorrect. I really do like the look of the 858's as ugly as they are haha. I just dont want to buy a gun thats going to frustrate me later on.
