Curious...How many KSG's did each dealer actually get.

Five is what I had thought, and as I said on a post somewhere I was #4 on a list at one of the original resellers. I was sent a message a little while ago stating vault was bringing in less than expected so number 4 was not high enough to get one... Ergo they received 3 or found someone who had better money than i :confused:. Nonetheless I'm kinda committed to this seller due to the long lists everywhere so a waiting I will be.
 
Well, I was #5 on Wanstalls list and I got mine...can't see why one dealer would get more than another but what do I know...

Please note the following, which we posted here on GunNutz earlier this morning:

Ellwood Epps has received only five (5) Kel-Tec KSG shotguns. This was nowhere near enough to fill the more than 30 back orders we have for this firearm. All five guns have been transferred out to waiting buyers. We do not have any of these guns available to purchase at this time. Additionally, our Kel-Tec distributors has offered no timeframe for any additional deliveries.

You will need to keep a watchful eye on our website to determine when sufficient numbers of these firearms do arrive for us to fill our existing back orders and maintain available levels in inventory. ​

It appears that all Kel-Tec dealers were shipped only five (5) guns apiece, but with the volume of back orders in place, there is little chance that anyone will have one of these guns available for over-the-counter sales for some time to come.
 
Well five certainly appears to be the unanimous number... it's not a big deal at all that I don't have one of the first shipment, and have no issues waiting as I'm not into paying an $800 premium for one on in the EE. My only squabble is that I was bumped around at the dealer whose list I was sitting on...and this is an issue I'm not entirely comfortable in bringing up with them, as I may end up even further down the ladder.... blah blah blah...

Hopefully Vault is being very conservative with the timeline on the next shipment and I end up being allowed to buy one when they land...
 
I was told by Vault that 50 were coming in and 10 dealers were getting 5 each. Ellwood Epps called today. Mine is being shipped to me on Monday!
 
i was number one on the epps list and its in the mail to me as we speak cant wait at least it should be on its way the credit card was just charged today for the remainder of it

That's funny! Epps told me I was the first one to place an order for one too. When I called Bill told me that no one was on the list yet. That several months ago.lol
 
I was #5 at Epps and picked mine up yesterday, but they would never tell me what position I was in when I pre ordered.
 
Let's do some math here... I'm number 38 on the list at Wanstalls.... so if five (5) are in this year's shipment.......... so 5 this year = I'm 33'rd on the list.... 5 per year.....I'm guessing I'll get mine in roughly 6-7 years......
