if any of you load for the 9 x 57 Mauser. if so, do you have better luck necking the 8,s up or the 9.3 cases down to form the new shoulder ?? I know that Woodleigh lists loads using 358 diameter bullets, so factory bullets are easily obtainable providing your rifle likes em. In any event,
one of the rifles I own, backs the primer with a straight necked up 8mm case, and even does it occasionally with a newly formed shoulder but all loads are put up in 8mm, and wonder if I should use 9.3 and go down instead of up. thanks in advance for any info.
