Gentlemen
I just got an old Win model 1902 from a friend. It is actually in pretty decent shape BUT (there is always a BUT) at sometime the original trigger guard was replaced with a home made job that serves the purpose but is not as pretty as the real thing.
If anyone has one laying about, I would consider purchasing it.
What I really hope for is that someone who has an original rifle would send me a tracing of the guard with thickness, width and length measurements so I could make a reasonable facsimile . A picture of the correct butt plate would be welcome.
