Current export and USML ITAR update

As of today June 26, 2018 we have been notified by the US State Dept. that all firearms having "China" as the Country of Origin have now been restricted. Please DO NOT purchase any firearms in the US that were manufactured in China as these restrictions now prohibit their export into Canada.

Unfortunately for us and our customers we will be further delayed in this months export as these Defense Articles have to be removed from the truck and certain export licenses have to be reissued. As the US State Dept. is under-staffed and due to the nature of this embargo we have been advised we should receive clearance next week. We apologize in advance for this delay unfortunately it is out of our hands.

We will keep everyone in the loop.

Not that Canada has any issues bringing in Chinese firearms. Market's flooded with them. You do what you do best, bringing in the impossible-to-get-otherwise into Canada

I thought this was already the case for the US? Or does this include firearms that are already there? Also, are you only talking about restrictions on import/export?
