We are running a few days behind due to last weekends sale but we hope to be caught up shortly. I have extra staff in and people working late all this week.

Shipping notifications might appear delayed as the evening staff are only shipping...the tracking numbers for evening shipments get entered in the next morning.

Lets hope that the Trudeau Regime is reduced to asking for official party status, and that PM Scheer declines the request...UNLESS...Trudeau apologizes publicly to Canadians for his inept governance...and resigns.
 
I received a dead link to my tracking number over this past weekend. Just says “tracking number produced by shipper, not yet picked up.

Is this normal for an order over a week old?
 
There should be a tracking # in that email. We’re almost caught up from the sale. Usually we get things out in 24-48 hours but the sale put us behind.

I should be more clear, the part in quotations is straight from CPs site after I copy/paste tracking number provided.
 
It was probably picked up today if you got it over the weekend....there is no pickup on the weekend. As I mentioned earlier we are a bit behind due to the sale. There have been people in here boxing parcels every night to help catch up.
